A selection of large hardy ferns that are low maintenance, easy to grow and prefer moist shady/part shady borders, woodland settings and containers. Water until established or if grown in containers then regularly throughout the summer months. Tidy up any old, dead and unsightly fronds early spring, and though not essential, an application of a general slow release fertilizer i.e. Growmore, along with a mulch will increase the vigour and overall health of the ferns throughout the year.
