A quite striking hardy semi-evergreen fern with soft finely cut feathery fronds, it is extremely tough and easy to grow, once established it is one of the most tolerant ferns of dry soils although also happy in damp conditions likewise they can cope with a bit of sun but still thrives in heavy shade making it very adaptable and ideal for containers.
