The Rough Tree Fern – (Wheki)

These are fast-growing tree ferns that are native to New Zealand. They are evergreen and have a slender black trunk, they prefer a sheltered position, a well drained soil and are happy in containers, they don’t like drying out for long periods, so water regularly during summer months, they are not hardy, so will require winter protection, ideally 2 degrees plus.

Unfortunately we are unable to post these Tree Ferns out, but they can be ordered and collected from the nursery or at any events that we are attending.
